Shipping & Returns
Every COSTAPALMA piece is cut to order in the atelier. Below you will find our production timelines, shipping timelines, delivery fees and returns policy.
Production
Standard sizes (S through 4XL) are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days from confirmed order.
Made-to-measure pieces are crafted individually after the atelier confirms every measurement with you. Allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
There is no additional charge for made-to-measure; the service is included in the price of every piece.
Shipping
We ship worldwide through a tracked courier service. Once your order leaves the atelier, you will receive tracking information by email.
United States: shipped via INPOSDOM (Instituto Postal Dominicano) with tracking. Delivery in 7 to 15 business days, $40 USD flat shipping fee.
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
A flat shipping fee of $40 USD applies to all orders, regardless of destination or number of pieces.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final for custom and made-to-measure commissions. These pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
For standard sizes from the collection, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all tags and original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us directly. We will review the request and provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
