The registered address in Wyoming is the legal entity; the atelier where each piece is cut and finished operates independently in Santo Domingo.
Data we collect
Contact details: name, email and, if you give them, phone. We collect them when you write to the atelier, subscribe to the correspondence, or send us your measurements.
Order details: pieces ordered, size, shipping address and communication history.
Measurements: if you choose made to measure, we keep the measurements you send us solely to cut and reproduce your piece.
Technical data: limited, anonymous browsing information (page views, visit origin) to understand how the site is used.
How we use your data
To answer your messages, cut and ship your order, and send you confirmation of each step.
To send the atelier correspondence only if you subscribed. Every email includes a link to stop receiving it.
We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Who we share it with
Payment processors: payments are processed securely through Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
Carriers: we share only the name and address needed to deliver your order.
Email providers: to deliver order confirmations and the correspondence you subscribed to.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion by writing to the atelier.
You can unsubscribe from the correspondence from the link in any email or by writing to us.
Measurements sent for a made-to-measure piece are deleted on request once the order is complete.
